I will design your training, nutrition, and recovery around the life you actually live, not some ideal 6 AM wake-up fantasy. The goal isn't to force a routine that doesn't fit. It's to build a sustainable system within your existing rhythm so your body learns to perform, recover, and adapt.
    • It absolutely can, and that's often where real transformation begins. Through natural adjustments in nutrition, movement, recovery, and stress management, I help you realign your blood markers in a healthy, sustainable way. That said, every individual is different. If there are deeper complications or underlying conditions involved, those are respected and factored in carefully.

    • Ha! No way. There are no boring or extreme diets here. I will teach you what to eat, when to eat, and what combinations to avoid — all without making food feel like a punishment. You eat smart, not sad.
