Refund & Cancellation

Our General Position
The Everyman is a high-touch, limited-intake personal mentorship. Every spot taken is a spot held exclusively for you. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.
Before Onboarding Begins
If you have paid but your onboarding call has not yet taken place:
- Cancellation request within 48 hours of payment → Full refund, no questions asked
- Cancellation request after 48 hours but before onboarding call → 50% refund
- No cancellation request made → Program proceeds as scheduled
After Onboarding Begins
Once your onboarding call has taken place and your program has been delivered:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstance
- This applies to all three plans — SIGNUP, RESET, and BUILD
Program Pause
Life happens. If you face a genuine medical emergency or unavoidable circumstance:
- You may request a program pause of up to 30 days once per program duration
- Pause requests must be communicated directly to Himanshu via WhatsApp
- A pause is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund
- Unused days will be carried forward, not refunded
If We Cancel
In the rare event that The Everyman is unable to continue your program due to reasons on our end:
- A full pro-rata refund will be issued for unused program days
- You will be notified at least 7 days in advance wherever possible
How to Request a Refund
Contact us directly via Email: reachus@theeveryman.fit or WhatsApp on the number provided at onboarding. Please include your full name, payment date, and reason.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
No Chargebacks
By enrolling, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be contested.
