1. The Service

The Everyman offers private, personal health and lifestyle mentorship for adults. This includes personalized training programming, nutrition guidance, lifestyle structuring, and weekly one-on-one calls with Himanshu Goyal.

2. Eligibility

This program is designed for adults aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm you are medically fit to undertake a fitness and lifestyle program, or have consulted a doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions.

3. Commitment & Payment

All plans require full payment upfront before onboarding begins:

• SIGNUP: ₹30,000 for 1 month
• RESET: ₹80,000 for 3 months
• BUILD: ₹1,50,000 for 6 months

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds are issued once onboarding has begun. If onboarding has not begun within 7 days of payment due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be processed.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on individual consistency, lifestyle factors, and adherence to the program. The Everyman does not guarantee specific physical outcomes. What is guaranteed is a personalized, precision-built system and consistent mentorship.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to attend weekly calls, submit check-ins as required, follow program guidelines honestly, and communicate openly about challenges, travel, or health changes.

7. Program Adjustments

The program may be adjusted based on your progress, health feedback, or lifestyle changes. Himanshu reserves the right to modify your program at any time in your best interest.

8. Termination

The Everyman reserves the right to terminate a client's program without refund if the client is consistently unresponsive, dishonest about their health status, or disrespectful in communication.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, progress data, and personal details shared during the program are kept strictly confidential and will never be shared publicly without explicit written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All program materials, frameworks, and content provided are the intellectual property of The Everyman and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
